A blend of predominantly Smederevka, the most widely planted white grape in the region. Previously seen as an overgrown, overly acidic varietal, Tikves took a turn by decreasing their yields and switching to organic practices (certified sustainable) to create a much more balanced product. Grapes are grown on 20-30 year old vines at 500m elevation on alluvial clay soils. Hand harvested, cooled and directly pressed into stainless-steel tanks for fermentation. Aged 3 months in stainless steel tanks.
