From grapes from the prized Sangiovese grape variety alone. The origin of the product is that which derives from the vineyards cultivated in the homonymous Estate of our property south west of Montalcino, on the historical side of Camigliano. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28ºC. Maceration on the skins for about 20 days.Â
