It has an exotic nose of white flowers, white fruit (peach and nectarine). In the mouth, it is very fresh and balanced, with citrus aromas (lemon and grapefruit), white fruit and a great minerality.
Le Paradou Viognier is produced from vines on rocky hillsides of porous limestone soils originating from the Jurassic period, resulting in a mineral Viognier with bright acidity. It is aged entirely in tank to retain freshness and purity.
