This blend is mostly zinfandel (75%) with the remainder being made up of several other grape varieties, including petite sirah, carignan and alicante bouschet. The fruit all hails from Dry Creek Valley. It was all whole cluster pressed and fermented in open top fermenters. Following fermentation, the wine was aged for seven months in 100% neutral French oak barrels. It comes in at 12.8% ABV.
