The second wine from Rene Rostaing's Languedoc domaine, Puech Noble. Â Rostaing, known as one of the iconic winemakers of Cote-Rotie, crafts this beautiful wine from mainly Syrah grown on limestone soils in the Coteaux de Languedoc. Â It is quickly becoming one of the top domaines in the entire region, and is very like his expression of Syrah from the northern part of the Rhone Valley, with a light garrigue character. Â His style, elegant but powerful and precise, remains in these wines as they do in his Cote-Roties.
