The vineyards surround the town of Haro, the home of Carlos Serres since 1896, with grapes hand-harvested and first run juice undergoing cold maceration and temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel.
Bright, pale yellow in colour, with fresh aromas of apple and pineapple and subtle white floral characters. Fresh and fruity with a great balance between fruit and acidity in the mouth, there’s a classy touch of minerality and a crisp, clean finish.
